We read support mail ourselves. No account is required to use the app or to contact us.

Common requests

  • Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Plant Care / Premium. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
  • Restore purchases: open the app → Settings → Restore.
  • Withdraw AI photo consent: app → Settings → Allow AI photo analysis.
  • Export your garden: app → Settings → Export.
  • Delete an optional account: app → Settings → Delete Account. Server deletion is confirmed before the local account is cleared.

App Review / testers

No account is required. Plant collection and care tools work immediately after install. AI scans require explicit photo consent on first use.
